IMVISION, S. de R.L. de C.V., con domicilio en Carretera Estatal 431 Ext. 24, Int. 39C, Europark II, El Marqués, Querétaro, C.P. 76246, México, es el responsable del tratamiento de los datos personales que recaba de usted, en términos de la Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares.

1. Personal data we collect and process

We collect and process the following categories of personal data:

  • Identification data: name(s), surname(s), date of birth (when applicable), nationality, CURP, RFC (when necessary).
  • Contact data: email, landline and/or mobile phone, address.
  • Asset and financial data (if applicable): banking information or card data (only to process payments for products, services, or projects).
  • Academic and work data: level of education, certificates, work experience, current position (for technical quotes or support).
  • Browsing and technology usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, connection time, cookies, approximate geolocation data (on websites or apps related to our services).

We do not collect or process sensitive personal data(such as racial or ethnic origin, health status, biometric data, political opinions, religious beliefs, sexual life, etc.).

2. Purposes of processing

Main purposes (necessary for the legal relationship – do not require additional consent):

  • To identify you as a client, supplier, collaborator, or user.
  • To provide you with quotes, products, services, artificial vision solutions, control, robotics, or turnkey projects.
  • To manage contracts, payments, billing, shipping, and collections.
  • To comply with applicable tax, accounting, customs, and legal obligations.
  • Address questions, complaints, clarifications, technical support, and follow up on your requests or projects.
  • Evaluate the quality of the service/product and improve our technical solutions.

Secondary purposes (require your express consent):

  • Occasionally send you promotions, offers, technical updates, or commercial communications (mainly via email or WhatsApp).
  • Conduct limited satisfaction surveys or market studies.
  • Create basic profiles of technical preferences for personalized recommendations (without mass marketing purposes).

You can oppose or revoke your consentfor these secondary purposes at any time (see section 5). We do not engage in intensive marketing or send frequent advertising.

3. Transfers of personal data

We carry outtransfersof your personal data to third parties (national or foreign) solely to fulfill the described purposes:

  • To parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, or related entities of IMVISION (if applicable).
  • To service providers acting as data processors (payment processors, shipping, hosting, remote technical support, etc.).
  • To international clients or partners when necessary for the execution of the contract or project (e.g., shared technical support, sending documentation, or fulfilling contractual obligations).
  • To competent authorities when required by law.

International transfers are primarily carried out to maintain or fulfill the legal relationship with you (as an international client), under the assumptions that exempt additional consent according to the law. When express consent or specific measures (e.g., contractual clauses) are required, we will obtain or apply them as appropriate.

4. Security measures

We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures in accordance with applicable regulations to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or processing.

5. ARCO rights and revocation of consent

Your request must contain at least:

  • Full name and a copy of a valid official identification.
  • A clear description of the data regarding which you wish to exercise your right.
  • Any element that facilitates its location.
  • Preferred method to receive the response (electronic or physical).

We will respond within a maximum period of20 business daysfrom the date of receipt; this period may be extended by 20 more days if there is a justified cause.

6. Changes to the Privacy Notice
