IMVISION, S. DE R.L. DE C.V.(hereinafter, “IMVISION”), located at Carretera Estatal 431 Ext. 24, Int. 39C, Europark II, El Marqués, Querétaro, C.P. 76246, Mexico, is responsible for the processing of personal data collected from you, in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (“LFPDPPP”), its Regulations, and other applicable regulations.
1. Personal data we collect and process
We collect and process the following categories of personal data:
- Identification data: name(s), surname(s), date of birth (when applicable), nationality, CURP, RFC (when necessary).
- Contact data: email, landline and/or mobile phone, address.
- Asset and financial data:bank information or tax data (only to process payments, invoicing, and collection of products, services, or projects).
- Academic and employment data:level of education, certificates, work experience, current position (for technical quotes, support, or evaluation of suppliers and collaborators).
- Browsing and technology usage data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, connection time, cookies, approximate geolocation data (on websites or apps related to our services).
We do not collect or process sensitive personal data(such as racial or ethnic origin, health status, biometric data, political opinions, religious beliefs, sexual life, etc.).
2. Purposes of processing
2.1 Primary purposes (do not require additional consent)
They are necessary to establish, maintain, or fulfill the legal relationship with you:
- To identify you as a client, supplier, collaborator, or user.
- To provide you with quotes, products, services, artificial vision solutions, control, robotics, or turnkey projects.
- To manage contracts, payments, billing, shipping, and collections.
- To comply with applicable tax, accounting, customs, and legal obligations.
- Address questions, complaints, clarifications, technical support, and follow up on your requests or projects.
- Evaluate the quality of the service/product and improve our technical solutions.
2.2 Secondary purposes (require your consent)
They are not necessary for the legal relationship, but allow us to offer you a better experience:
- To occasionally send you promotions, offers, technical updates, or commercial communications (mainly by email or WhatsApp).
- Conduct limited satisfaction surveys or market studies.
- To create basic profiles of technical preferences for personalized recommendations.
If you do not wish for your data to be used for these secondary purposes, you can express this at any time in accordance with section 5 of this Notice. Refusing the use of your data for secondary purposes will not be a reason to deny you the contracted services or products.
3. Transfers of personal data
IMVISION may transfer your personal data to the following third parties, whether national or foreign, exclusively for the purposes indicated:

Transfers marked as not requiring consent are carried out under the assumptions provided in Article 37 of the LFPDPPP and its corresponding regulations. When a transfer requires your express consent, we will request it in advance. In international transfers, we adopt reasonable contractual and technical measures to protect your data.
4. Security measures
IMVISION has implemented administrative, technical, and physical security measures in accordance with applicable regulations, in order to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or processing. These measures are at least equivalent to those we employ to protect our own information.
5. ARCO rights and revocation of consent
You, or your duly accredited legal representative, can exercise the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition (ARCO rights) at any time, as well as revoke the consent granted for secondary purposes or limit the use and disclosure of your data.

- Full name and a copy of a valid official identification.
- A clear and precise description of the data for which you seek to exercise the right.
- Any element or document that facilitates the location of the personal data.
- Preferred method for receiving the response (electronic or physical) and, if applicable, address or email for receiving notifications.
IMVISION will respond to your request within a maximum period of 20 business days from its receipt, which may be extended for an additional 20 business days when there is a justified cause. If applicable, the response will be made effective within the following 15 business days.
If you believe that your right to personal data protection has been violated, or suspect any violation of the applicable regulations, you may go to the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Personal Data Protection (INAI) atwww.inai.org.mx.
6. Use of cookies and tracking technologies
Our website and related applications may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to enhance your browsing experience, remember preferences, and gather usage statistics. The data collected through these technologies may include IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and connection time.

The holder is advised to periodically review the content of this Notice.
